Both me and my boyfriend absolutely love this water bottle! I added lemon and lime to our insert and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few minutes. The insert keeps the fruit and pulp from getting in the way or drinking, while also letting the flavors seep into the water. Since receiving this item I have been drinking a lot more water. My boyfriend and I fight over who gets to use it for the day we like it so much!
