Superior Chef Collection Large Garlic Press
I love cooking and LOVE cooking with garlic so I was very excited when I received the Superior Chef Collection Large Garlic Press by Peppermate to review. Garlic is probably my most favorite addition to any dish. From spaghetti to stir fry you'll find me adding it to almost anything. I especially enjoy cooking with fresh garlic; however I hate mincing it, or even cutting it for that matter. Half the time I end up just crushing my garlic throwing it in as is. I don't mind large chunks of garlic in my food, however my family isn't always as pleased with them. So a press is a great idea.

We really enjoyed this Garlic press when we made a homemade Lemon Basil Vinaigrette. Where I would normally try to mince my garlic, but get tired or annoyed and just stop at "chopped"; we were able to just plop a few cloves is the press and tada!
And as you can sort of see in the above picture, I fit 3 cloves of garlic in the press at one time! This shortened my cutting/chopping/mincing time to a fraction of the time.
And my boyfriend loved it as well, nothing makes a kitchen gadget better than getting your man to join you in the kitchen.
