I would have never guessed something so simple would work so well! Each of the sections on the bar move freely allowing for each point on your body to be hit at the same time. Some muscle rollers are solid and hurt points like your spine when it hits the rest of your back, these sections can move up and ease the pressure on the higher points.Though you can use this on your own, I suggest having a partner help you on your back as it is a hard point to reach. This roller is worth every penny, I highly recommend it and would use this over an electric massager any day!
